1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Breezy Design website ("Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.
2. Services
Breezy Design provides website design, development and related digital services. All project details, deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes and payments
A 50% deposit is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due before the website goes live. All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
Upon final payment, the client owns the custom website design and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, stock imagery and software licenses remain subject to their original terms.
5. Revisions
The number of design revisions included depends on the package selected. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be quoted separately.
6. Hosting and maintenance
Optional hosting and maintenance are available for a monthly fee. Details are agreed separately. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the last updated date.
